Q: Why is fortune-telling considered superstition while asking a hexagram (divination) or interpreting a hexagram is not?
A: No one can accurately predict a person's entire life — life is dynamic and shaped by daily effort, environment, society and many other factors.
The sixty-four hexagrams are an ancient curriculum of wisdom: patterns, situations and practical guidance.
Asking a hexagram is a learning act — a reminder and a form of reflection.
Therefore we prefer to say "ask a hexagram" rather than "fortune-tell." Asking for predictions and believing destiny cannot change is superstition; it is a surrender of responsibility.
Asking a hexagram seeks reference and guidance while still believing effort can change outcomes.
Q: What is WenGua?
A: WenGua (Wenxing hexagrams) is our founder's modern, structured approach grounded in I Ching principles. WenGua extends the traditional six-line hexagram to nine-line variants and derives 4,096 unique forms. The first three lines are the "front trigram", the middle three the "middle trigram", and the last three the "back trigram" — together they map to traditional inner/outer hexagrams. There are 512 possible nine-line yin/yang combinations. Approximately 70% reuse the middle trigram; the remaining 30% construct the back trigram differently to create variety. The total combinations of front/back pairs yield 4,096 unique hexagram forms.
WenGua expands classical hexagram stages into richer front/middle/back phases for more dynamic interpretations.
Q: How can I join as a licensed WenGua consultant (franchise)?
A: Contact us to become a licensed WenGua consultant in your city or region. We provide training, help set up your store account and ensure you have the skills to operate daily. To avoid unhealthy competition we help you set reasonable pricing for services and products to protect your income. Franchisees will be informed about permitted locations and counts in their area. Franchisees must respect technology, share knowledge, promote positive values and reject superstition.
Q: How do I share a game with friends?
A: Each game has an index number in its title (for example: 34: Li Bai ...). Click the index to open the game page (e.g. www.wensings.com/game/34) and share that link with friends. Note: the scrambled characters are generated each time, so the exact scramble may differ per session.
Q: Why does a double-tap sometimes fail on mobile?
A: On mobile devices a very fast double-tap may trigger zoom; when selecting a character, tap twice with a slightly longer interval (about 1 second), wait for the character to highlight, then select the other character.
